*sigh* this will be short because i am really busy at work. or i should be anyway. i have a bunch of things that need to get done but my motivation and concentration obviously didn’t get the memo about the cancelled vacation and are MIA. since i was sick last week mo-wed i decided (well, pretty much had to…) to come to work this week instead of taking off like i had planned. no big deal really because i was just gonna relax at home but still annoying. plus, i seem to really need some time off as my ability to focus on anything is close to zero. seriously, my mind just wanders off to lalaland all the effing time… i.am.so.urlaubsreif.

I know how that feels. I feel the same way sometimes. Oh, and while we are at it, can I have some URLAUB too?! Please!

Of course you are urlaubsreif, sweets. When was your last longer vacation? Christmas last year, right? I think you really need some weeks off to wind down and really relax. Are you having anything like that planned in the near future?

Welcome to the club! URLAUBSREIF is exactly how I feel, as my 10 days in Germany were not particularly relaxing. Sigh.

stef – sorry, you will need to talk to your employer about that ;)

antje – yeah, my last real time off was last december. then we did that 4-day-trip to berlin in the beginning of may which was great and all but not that long. oh and of course the time i took off to MOVE in sept. ugh. unfortunately nothing planned. i’m broke = no trips in sight. i’m gonna take a few days off this month for sure though. just not sure when yet. oh and we will close the agency for two weeks for the holidays, so that’ll be nice. :)

san – i know. you should take some time off to relax, too! i will definitely get some rest this weekend. no trip to see the “geese” :) until probably the end of the month…
